Made in the USA – Proudly Built by Lincoln Paving Products
At Lincoln Paving Products, we take pride in manufacturing every Windrow Elevator right here in the USA. By keeping our production domestic, we not only ensure the highest quality craftsmanship but also support the prosperity of our country’s economy.
Our commitment extends beyond equipment—we’re dedicated to passing on valuable trade skills to the next generation of American manufacturing professionals, helping to preserve and grow the legacy of innovation and hard work in the paving industry.
A Legacy of Innovation
Bob began building windrow elevators straight out of high school. With deep roots in both mechanical and civil engineering, and over 50 years of hands-on experience in the industry, he has become a true authority in windrow elevator technology. His passion for innovation is matched by his dedication to real-world performance—often visiting job sites to speak directly with crews about ways to enhance the functionality and efficiency of Lincoln Paving Products.
Bob is equally committed to mentoring the next generation, personally training his team to uphold the same standards of craftsmanship, problem-solving, and practical wisdom that define his legacy.
One lesson he learned early on has guided the company ever since:
"Modern technology can't replace the experience of an 'old-timer,' and if he shakes his head and walks away... you had better go back to the drawing board."
Robert L. Boyd, President
