our team
Bob started building windrow elevators right out of high school. His strong backgrounds in mechanical & civil engineering, along with his 50+ years in the industry make him a master in windrow elevator technology. Bob enjoys visiting job sites and talking with crew members about what can be done to improve a Lincoln's performance.
Early on he learned an important lesson:
"When you want to make a design change, seek out relevant input from people of the trade. Modern technology can't replace the experience of an 'old timer' and if he shakes his head and walks away... you had better go back to the drawing board."
